Hey everyone,

This is a very difficult journal entry for me to write. I never would have imagined that I would have to "leave" dA once again, but reality has caught up with me. Today, I was alone in the house and began thinking about everything that's about to happen this upcoming school year, and for the first time in a month, I realized that I won't be able to spend as much time as I have been on this site. I'm planning to take 17 credit hours and will be involved in a wide variety of activities around the university I'm attending...and with everything going on, I still want to make some personal time for myself and for my relationship with God - two things that I've somewhat lost touch with since I became more active on dA over this past month. Unfortunately, dA has become a real addiction for me. Even if I limit my time on here, I know it will still get in the way of the important things in my life, at least at this point.

When I started to become more heavily involved on dA this past month, I really wanted to contribute to the community. In the past, I was one of those deviants who was always striving to get attention, and it wasn't until the last few months that I realized how silly that was. My goal was to change that. I wanted to be a part of what made dA the strong community that it is. In the process, I've been blessed to meet so many amazing people on this site and build up some of my existing friendships on here. I wanted to take this time to say thanks to you - my friends and watchers - for your support. It's always such a blessing to open up the message center and see so many kind comments. I also want to extend a word of thanks to the photography GDs who have put up with my constant DD suggestions...^hellfirediva, ^equivoque, ^Staged, and ^Davenit especially - you all rock. Keep up the awesome work. Even though I won't be on dA as much anymore, I would love to keep in touch. My e-mail is ivorydreams@mac.com. I'm about to close this entry...I don't want to look at this as an end, but rather as a beginning to something even greater. I'm going to miss all of you a lot. I won't be gone from dA forever - I'll come back every now and then and will probably be a bit more active over the holidays. I'll continue to post photos. Perhaps I will be more involved one day. But right now, I feel like I need a break and am being called somewhere else...
